By registering my attendance, I agree to the following in order to attend newDAYChurch Edenvale

• I understand that if I’m over 60 I am at high risk
• I agree when entering to wear a face-covering
• I agree to social distancing practices stipulated by the Health Department of South Africa
• If any of the listed symptoms appear between time of registration and the meeting, I agree to not attend and to cancel the ticket timeously so that others can take my place
